FAITH MATTERS

Faith Matters is British based not-for-profit organisation working to promote dialogue, understanding and peaceful co-existence between and within faith communities and to provide a positive counter-voice to challenge extremist or
discriminatory narratives and inter-community tensions. It works in the UK, Europe, Middle East and South Asia, delivering grassroots evidence-based programmes to address conflict and tensions on multiple levels: including
that of the individual, community and government as well as of local, national, international and transnational.
Faith Matters undertakes advocacy on faith-based prejudice at government and media levels; implementing capacity building programmes for women and youth to support
their participation in civil society and to encourage active citizenship as well as programmes to provide platforms for engagement within a variety of thematic areas between faith communities and policy makers.
